a week at bridletown and some BASIC teens

i love this kid... by the way, im in this picture, but SOMEBODY cut me out of it.....jerk.... "flip" a.k.a. JEN. im right there, but she dooesnt take me in the picture...

this week has been sooo tiring.. honestly, i went into this week thinking it wouldnt be that fun, but it actually was kinda fun...and the camp was cool, and ok, i NEVER say "cute" but at the camp, there were a couple REALLY REALLY cute kids man!!

yeah i liked this week at the camp..and yeah the kids were really cool., and the staff that was there, the counsellors were really cool too.. so it was really easy to get into transition wise in the beginning, and i think it was very successful and we all had tons of fun.. i already miss the kids... yo these 2 kids were like togheter all the time, and they like danced withb each other and gave each other hugs and stuff... youngest couple ever...















this kid over here with the purple hat, is a cute kid too, he has hops for a kid too and he likes ball and he';s flip..and he wore my headband and looked like a lil me, i swear that's like my kid! hahaha

but yeah...friday, we had an awesome dinner at pastor vic's place...best steak EVER. yeah it was sooooo good.. that was an aweosme dinner... then that nite at kyrios...honestly again, i didnt look forward to it, but it was really awesome too.. sam, rachelle, amanda and kim did a great job... the songs were soo good too...yeah i liked it at the end..it was fun.. good time of worship...and after that i went home with eyen and nat, and we had a long convo on my driveway, that was really cool. and we just had a good talk about everything.

today i woke up at like 2pm cuz the past week had to wake up at like 7 everyday....went out for lunch wit my parents, had a BASIC game today...i stayed positive the whole game which was good.. we played Judges but we lost, but it was still fun, and we went to moxie's afterwards for dinner, that was kinda fun...talked and chilled, then i just drove jen home then i went home... and yeah..that's about it.. this week went by sooo fast...but it really felt like soo much happened and i havent seen everybody for sooooo long.. but yeah...tired..so i'll end it here...

wow it's been almost a month

it's been a while as it says above.. and yet i still have not accomplished that much..wait, whatve i done since the last time i blogged.... ok

um..well lotsa BASIC practices, couple of games.. got some Bridletowne (park church)Project (daycamp), that's starting to get exciting..my camp nickname is ecko... it was a last resort, ppl couldnt think of a name for me... so watever.. oh..last friday, we had the PROJECT TDOT-amazing race, which was really fun actually..

our race...well first of all our team consisted of myself, EYEN a.k.a. frobbit, mares a.k.a marietta a.k.a. mozzerella, jenny a.k.a. lil flip and michelle. our team OFFICIAL team name was given to us, but we didnt like it at first, we were called TEAM AIMBOT, our unofficial one was TEAM WONDERWALL, so much better. lol well first our clue was to go to AFC, and there we answered a sheet of questions, next we went to toronto reference library, where EYEN knew exactly how to get there, we got there we had to look for a word on page 383 of a specific book of a specific series of books, in a specific section, then search it on the net, but the search was weird, messed and irrelevent, so our next clue told us to go to the metro convention centre to take a picture with a black snowman statue infront of woodpeckers and birds...

oh by the way, during this whole race, for every Hummer we take a pic of, our race time is deducted by 5min, mini coopers 10 min, and smart cars 15min...so our eyes were scanning the streets the WHOLE time non stop, by the end, we THOT we got soo many coopers, a hummer and 2 smart cars, but apparently other teams went to the dealerships and got like 50 cars each..but lemme continue....

then from the conventioon centre we had to go to ryerson and find a campus map and solve a code and also take a picture with some bird statue outside the school, the girls found out our next clue, which was to go to some noodle place in chinatown, so we had to sit down and eat then we'd get our next clue, so we got a plate of rice noodles, and ive never eaten that fast before, we cleared the plate in less than 3 mins. we got our clue we had to buy durian and bring it with us then go to dragon city, there we had to get 1 person, so we got eyen, and he had to drink this nasty really hot tea, but shhhh, when we bought it, we asked so it wouldnt be soo hot.. shhhh. so eyen finished it in like 5 sec. then we had to go to front, but the clue was soo stupid it told us to go to this rock climbing place which was SOOO irrelevent, anywaze turns out the place we were supposed to go to, there was nobody present to tell us our next clue, so we wandered around, and found a lamborghini dealership and got a couple of GREAT pics.. (we were supposed to get pics with nice cars for extra points) and the lamborghini dealership ppl were soo nice, but they didnt know anything about the race, so they couldnt help, anywaze we finally found the place and there we had to finish our durian that we bought, it was soo nasty, THANX to all u guys who finished it, cuz i only took 2 small pieces, and gagged the second piece....hahaha im such a wuss when it comes to eating nasty things.. anywaze then we had to buy a sandwhich and give it to a homeless person, then we had to go to st. laawrence market, except we thot we were supposed to go to yorkville, so we went north like 10 subway stops, and found out we were supposed to go all the way back... anywaze, there we had to each eat an orange then for extra 45 mins off race time, someone had to eat bittermelon raw, so eyen did that fast, and we were off to CN tower, where we had to walk the SKYLINE again and walk down front street...OMG soooo much walking/running that day... there we got a map and our clue was to go to city hall and make aa call from a payphone near the "wall of nails"

FUNNY STORY : ok, so inside city hall we called the payphone , and i heard "nathan phillips square" so i went to the front desk and asked a securtiy guard, "what's the fastest way to get to nathan phillip square?" and he said "...(*pointing*) OUT THE DOOR!" sooooo embarassing...for the ones who arent so smart and dont get the joke, nathan phillips square is right outside city hall, like u open the doors to leave city hall and ur AT nathan phillips square (amanda, im assuming u didnt know that....hahaha SPACE STATION)

ok back to the race...from city hall we had to go to TCAC which was right by eyen's old church, so he knew exactly how to get there, we got the clue and we had to go back to Jaffrey alliance church, the finish line, so we finally made it thru the terrible rush hour traffic, and after some BBQ, worship and message, they announced the winners, and there's 3 winners, 1 for each different route, and for our route, TEAM AIMBOT WON!!! WITH THE FASTEST TIME TOO!!!! 4h. and 39 mins!!!!!! other winners were jordan';s team and gen's team. our prizes were a durian, some bitter melons, keychains and a banner/sash thingy... YAY

ok this is a really long post, but im not done yet....ok so next day wonderland -ccsa midseason mixer... it was really fun, the weather was humid and cloudy but the rain kinda balanced it out, got to finally try wild beast, shockwave and skyrider...i almost got to try the bat, but it was closing, oh the worship temas were good..rhcbc and t3c were AMAZING...mike sang dare u to move with sam and chris, and itr was AMAZING... non christians from wonderland were walking in thinking it was switchfoot.. that was cool..later we went to congee wong then went home..

and on to TODAY...nadine, nat and nate picked me up, we went to eyen's new house and their old house along with chris and josh and we helped paint their house today...wow very tiring and alotta work...we had japanese food for lunch, courtesy nadine, THNX NADINE, and we went back to painting, we got a lot done...and then later eyen and sandra came, and then we left, me and nadine went over to mike's, played some video games, then nadine dropped me off at softball practice, where it was optional and we pretty much just worked on batting.. it was alright...then came home, did some laundry and chatting... and now im done my blog. thnx for reading...i know u prolly just skimmed thru! to the ones that read everything, thnx. yeah and im done.
